You surecly can't forget about bread and rice.Opt for whole wheat bread and brown rice which are healthy versions of both. Always check labels when purchasing bread as it may contain bleached floor which isn't wuite good for your health.
7. Avoid
Strictly avoid unhealthy, canned and processed foods. Things like soda, chips, cakes and fried snacks are not going to nourish your body and will only end up adding extra calories. If you are too tempted to eat snacks, opt for baked ones. You can indulge in them once in a while but not regularly.
